From titanium stock to a finished tribute
No shortcuts — just certified titanium, machined and finished by hand in our own workshop.
Process
How we make it
Five stages, each one checked before the next begins.
- 01
Certified stock
We machine only certified TA1 commercially pure titanium (Ti ≥ 99.9%, aerospace grade), logged by heat number so every piece is traceable.
- 02
Precision machining
CNC turning and milling, with lid threads trial-fitted and wall thickness checked on every piece.
- 03
Hand finishing
Precision welding, CNC engraving, hand polishing, ice-crystal finishing, anodising and PVD coating. Surface work sits on top of the titanium and does not change the metal's own corrosion resistance.
- 04
Sealed assembly
Silicone seal, seated and checked before the piece leaves the bench.
- 05
Inspection & dispatch
Appearance, dimensions and engraving are verified piece by piece, then packed for air freight.
